The initial order arrived damaged. It was wrapped very poorly with no padding. Not even in a box. I called the company. FIVE TIMES. They told me to send photos. I did. They told me to return it. I did. They said that they were going to send me a replacement. They never did. If they did, it is lost in transit. I have been waiting over a month - nothing. I have sent them 10 emails. I have called them at least 5 times. They have already been paid. And I am left without the sign I ordered. They said they re-shipped it. I am still waiting. It takes me two hours of my job to pay for the sign. I lost my money. If they ever make good on my order, I will repost. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
