Do not fit, poor quality

I ordered a size 12 for my daughter, and received a size that could fit me. Ima size 8 in Women's shoes. I'm unsure where the mixup happened, but I won't be ordering from them again. These aren't the best quality ballet shoes either. She was really excited to get a red pair when she saw them, but like most things, they were too good to be true. Shipping time was good, so they get one star for that, and their price was okay. Maybe not so much for a product we probably won't use.
