Not impressed with the quality

The ring itself is beautiful. However, just a week into my future DIL wearing the ring one of the small diamonds fell out. It was under warranty so after much difficulty reaching the seller, she was able to send it back for repair. It took over 3 weeks to get the ring back and contacting the company was a nightmare. Interestingly it will no longer allow you to see their reviews or write another review of said company. No matter how pretty the ring is, I would never purchase from this company again.
