I'm very disappointed with this brush firstly the handle is not long like advertised which I am in need of due to arthritis in both shoulders and the bristles are not exfoliating they're soft I would of never have paid $9.62 for a brush that should of been only $5 at best!!! I've tried emailing vip fb service.com but the email is invalid and to top it off it took a month to receive the brush in the first place
