3 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup frozen Asian-style mixed vegetables, thawed
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sliced green onions
1 tbsp chopped peanuts

Directions:

Heat the rice & quinoa according to package directions.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine shrimp and vegetables.
Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
Stir in sweet chili sauce plus rice & quinoa. Blend well.

1. Pull or cut film to remove completely from cup. Place up in microwave and heat on HIGH for 60 seconds (cooking time for 2 cups is 90 seconds).2. I bought this recently and really liked it. I plan on buying it again because it's really tasty and very convenient. It only takes 1 minute in the microwave. I use this product partially due to the ease of preparation. A minute in the microwave and it's ready to eat. I appreciate the nutritional benefits of brown rice and quinoa in one convenient product.
