My husband is picky. Well you made a believer out of him. We all loved it. I chose to broil the chicken. Marinade was easy to prepare and I allowed the chicken to soak about 3 hours. Tasty, tender and juicy. Will definitely buy again AND this time it's going on the grill.

I was totally amazed with this!! I have used other marinades but they were not as excellent as this one. I decided to use it in chicken like it was recommended and it had excellent taste. I followed the directions on the package to a point, instead of dumping out the marinade after the chicken sitting in it, I decided to bake the chicken in it because I really hate wasting anything. I would periodically turn the chicken and of course any liquid evaporates. When I went to serve the chicken you could see the seasoning flavors and I was very impressed. You could taste the garlic and the herbs but wasn't to sure about the flavor of the wine. It made the chicken very moist and tender and I really liked the flavor of the chicken. I am definitely going to be purchasing more if these marinade packets to try on other meats. I really hope that McCormick makes a variety of these marinades just like they do with their other products. I am definitely going to tell my friends and family about this so they can try them I think that McCormick has really done a great job with this marinade.
