I was hesitant to buy these brushes, but I wanted a wide variety and these offered more than other ones I've looked at. They aren't super stout, as far as the larger bristled ones, but they work for my needs, and I couldn't be happier about it! This is a very complete brush collection. They are of adequate quality, although the handles on the bigger brushes seemed 'inexpensive'. Purchased mainly for the smaller brushes anyway and they're great.
