TOO SMALL.. HORRIBLE QUALITY!

Horrible Quality, this thing will not fit Jeep rollbars and securely hold a 2.5 lb extinguisher. the straps are far too short. At best this thing might barely be able to hold a 16oz water bottle on a child's bicycle and even then that's pushing it.
