Perfect file cabinet

It's a wonderful product. I like the fact that it comes fully assembled except for the wheels and handles. Very easy to put on.

This cabinet provided in flexibility in desk height.

I looked all over the internet and in stores for file cabinets that I could use to make a desk 26-27 inches high. For people who have progressive lenses or bifocals the standard 30 inches desk is too high. If you have a large screen computer like I do (iMac) you are constantly bending your head back to be able to see the screen. With a lower desk it is more comfortable. We are using the two cabinets without the casters and have made a long top out of cabinet quality plywood. I am in the process of staining it to match. My only reservation is that the two top drawers do not pull out completely but the file drawers extend all the way out. At the moment the top drawer on one of the cabinets does not close completely. There seems to be a problem on one side of the drawer. I haven't figure out the problem yet. I am happy with the looks and right now am working at a shorter version of my final desk and it is great. Only 26"" high. Perfect.

Poor finish to front drawer panels for the price

Strong and solid. I bought 2 and have a 200 lb granite slab on them. No problems. For the price, I have a problem with the finish of the front drawer panels. I expected solid wood and it does not look like it. It will be interesting to see how long this lasts before it really looks bad
