Confidence Builder, Stomach size decrease, independent

I am happy I purchased this product. I was having a hard time doing the sit-ups on my own. I needed assistance. Sometimes there was no one around to hold my feet. But now I can do it in my own.  In addition to becoming independent,  I lost some weight and the instructions gave other potential exercises that can be done.

It does not take up space for easy storage

I like this product very much, it can sit and lie and play the effect of fitness. This is the fitness product that I use to reduce weight, hope to hold to every day with half an hour after a period of time to see ideal result. Like it very much, easy to store when not using, fold and hang.
