Asus better check out this seller, their BAD!

Advertised as 15.6 inch but was 14 inch. Advertised backlit keyboard, no backlit. Advertised it had accessories, it didn't come with any. Contacted seller and asked what they will do about this, they said return it if I wanted to, so I did. Didn't offer to replace, credit me partial money, give me an instore purchase, which all I have received through Walmart before. THEN, they are the only ones I have ever had tell me no refund until the product is in their hands and the do a inspection of the product to make sure I didn't damage it. Then once it is ok then refund my money. I have been using Walmart for years, retuned many things without issue, most refund once it is in it's first shipper's hands. This is the first time seller holds money until it checks out ok. I had to give them money first and they are the ones who lied about the product but want to hold my money. AS of the date of this review I still have not received a refund. Bad thing is Asus is a good computer that I know I would have been very happy with. I did set up Windows without issue. I also reset Window to factory reset without issue. I hope Asus looks at this seller and rethinks them as seller of their products.
