Razel:tm: Nax Brown Fixed Blade Knife with Sheath 2014

This blade/tool is well constructed and balanced. the edge remained sharp after removing shooters from several trees at our church. using it to remove the shooters from the base of the trees. I held on to just the end of the handle, with easy swings of the blade it did not deflect or bite into the tree. the angle and blade thickness allowed the blade to strike and carry through the chop. the shooters removed were between 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch thick. the Razel made quick work. Great tool and will go camping with me next time. this tool falls between and fixed blade and a hatchet and or could cover or be used in place of the two tools mentioned. love it!

The knife I didn't know I needed

I slightly changed the blade angle and put a finer edge on it and I love it. I use it alot when grilling but it also is a nice camping tool. Holds an edge pretty well, just keep a little oil on the blade when not using.
