Avoid the use of excessive water; Do not use harsh cleansers on wool, such as bleach or alkali. Blot dry quickly with clean cloth to limit yellowing or browning that can naturally occur with damp wool. Excessive agitation and heat should be avoided. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. All wool rugs shed. Shedding will decline over time. Periodic professional cleaning is recommended. Initial creasing is normal, and the creases will fall out within a few days; we advise reversing rolling the rug pile side out and leaving in a warm area to aid in the removal of crease. Initial shedding is normal and will decline over time. Use of a rug pad recommended.
