I would really call it 4.5 stars because we could NOT get it to work with wifi, NOTHING we did worked, and my husband worked in IT, so that was a bummer. BUT its main job is to cool the house and it does it great, love having a remote, love the eco mode, it cools over 300 sq ft easy peezy, and pretty quickly, too! Very happy with it.
