I love how easy it is to operate the Cascade Mountain Tech Pop-Up Lantern & Flashlight. This is a two-in-one light. If I want to use it as a traditional flashlight, I can simply press the black rubber button to turn the light on and off. If I prefer a brighter light with a wider area, I can pull on the bottom of the light and it will slide up, revealing a bright 300 lumens of LED light. I find it convenient that there is no need to use an on or off switch with the lantern mode. I can just slide it up, and it automatically turns on, press it back down and it turns off. I also like how comfortable this flashlight is to hold. The handle is made from rubber, and is very flexible. I can even change the location of the handle. It is easy to press the hooks in and move the handle from a vertical position to a horizontal position. That way, I can carry it as a traditional flashlight, or if I move the handle to the top, it is now easy to carry as the lantern. I like that this light can be used as a lower 100-lumen flashlight, or a brighter 300-lumen lantern, depending on how bright I need it at that time. It runs on 3 AA batteries that are included in the package. I simply twisted off the top, and the batteries were easy to install. This flashlight can run up to 15 hours when using the flashlight or 5 hours if you decide to use the lantern mode. I like the convenience of being able to choose. I also like that it is a compact flashlight and does not take up much room when packed or stored. It is very durable and easy to use.

This Cascade Mountain Tech Pop Up Lantern & Flashlight is perfect for camping, power outages, and emergencies. The multi position handle allows you to use it in lantern or flashlight mode. It is very bright. It's very durable so it should last a long time. I would definitely recommend it.
