I've been tracking my food in my fitness pal and I've been walking on my walking pad at home. Between these two things I've been losing weight and lately I've been hypoglycemic. Sometimes it's more fun to eat a candy bar or drink a soda, but these tablets get the job done. It's also handy to keep these in your backpack. They taste like those sweet tart candies from back in the day. Do they still make those?

I have tried tons of glucose tabs and these are SO good!! Easy to eat, tastes delicious, and each color is a different flavor… I think the pink is like strawberry banana, the orange is orange, and the white is like a pineapple! These are also easy to chew. Negatives just to point out are they do kind of get stuck in my teeth for like 2 seconds and a little chalky but not even bad at all. Highly recommend and am so glad I found something I can actually enjoy when I'm low! <3
