I really don't like "organic" since it's generally just a trick that allows companies to charge more for something that isn't actually any better in practice (sometimes is even worse,) but I won't deny that the actual rye itself in this is good. There's a lot in here for the price making this a pretty good bang for the buck and it has a good texture and taste with a slightly darker color than some of the other cheap rye flour I've tried. If the price catches up to the label I'll stop recommending it, but for right now, I'd say grab it up while you can.
