Disappointing Purchase

I will be returning these. I can't even mount them. The round plate that is to be screwed first onto the door is stuck to the button-like part and I'm unable to separate the two parts. The two parts need to be separated for mounting and then put together again once the plate is screwed onto the door. Unfortunately, they put them together already at the factory probably assuming they would be easy for the user to set them apart. Also, screws are missing. They look nice but if I can't mount them, they're useless.
