Situated in the picturesque town of Luby near Cheb in the westernmost part of the Czech Republic, it is continuing the rich tradition of musical instrument manufacture in that region, dating back to the latter half of the 16th century. The production of musical instruments in Luby took on its industrial character between the two world wars. In its present form the works, which is being continually modernized, has existed since the late 1960s. All Strunal Student Violins are shop adjusted prior to shipment and meet MENC specifications. The 260-FH 1/4 Violin Stradivarius model has a solid Spruce top, solid Maple back and sides. This Violin features inlaid purflings, highly polished, chestnut-brown color, hand crafted, flamed back and sides, 4 string adjusters and plastic chinrest. Irish Tunes Violin Play along book- The Violin Play-Along series will help you play your favorite songs quickly and easily. Just follow the music, listen to the CD to hear how the violin should sound, and then play along using the separate backing tracks. With the melody and lyrics included in the book, you may also choose to sing along. Chord symbols are provided should you wish to elaborate on the melody.
