This pack was better than I expected in several different ways. First off it was stiff enough to stand up even when full or with a top heavy weight. Second, there were just enough pockets to handle most all my things that I usually carry as well as a lunch and drink canister when I go to work. Third it looks great and feels good on my shoulder, which is another very positive part of the pack. Northface is a quality brand and this is proof that they continue to offer quality in what they sell.

Stylish looking bag that is great for long hike

The bag looks great and has very good compartments to neatly organize different items. The pricing was also reasonably lower in Walmart than at other sites, making it a nice purchase. The bag wears comfortably for longer duration as is intended for hiking, due to the waist and should straps and has excellent padding. All these straps have good amount of adjustability making it suitable for people with different heights/weights. Only negative thing is that it could have been a bit more spacious in the laptop compartment as the last 1-2 inch at the bottom of the bag is not used in this compartment.
