This has a rancid smell to it, but decided to try it. The texture is nothing like pasta, it's grainy and dry, no taste to it. I added tomato pasta sauce and mushrooms with cheese and it made it edible. It did fill me up but it was not enjoyable at all. I'm prediabetic and need to cut down on carbs and we decided to try this since I can't eat regular pastas.
