Ksl Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder Set Battery Operated Auto Mill, Stainless Steel Automatic Shaker with Light

I love my new KSL Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder Set. The grinders look great and even the packaging is beautiful. This set came with everything I need. Batteries included so I can use them right out of the box. Also included is an adorable little filling spoon. Totally necessary for getting my salt crystals out of the bag into the grinder. The black end caps are a huge plus and super simple to pop off and on. I didn't realize what an excellent addition having a light on these things would be. Makes it really easy to see how fine or coarse the the spices are. Of course it also helps me to see the amount I'm grinding. They are also easy to adjust. These grinders hold the perfect amount of spice. I don't want my spice to go rancid. It's better that they don't hold a huge amount so everything will always be fresh. This set would make a wonderful gift for any occasion. I use them everyday, several times a day. I am going to use rechargeable batteries when the included batteries lose power. It is my personal preference. I use rechargeable batteries for everything in my household that uses batteries. What a great addition to my kitchen this grinder set is. My whole family loves them and everybody wants some. The grinders are very well made and comfortable to hold. Couldn't be easier to refill and operate. They look lovely on the table and stand without falling over. The stainless steel is smooth and does not show fingerprints. I just love everything about them. I had no idea how much I needed and wanted this product until I tried them.

I was sent a free KSL Electric Grinder Set to review. The KSL Grinder set is a beautiful, boxed set of 2 grinders in silver toned brushed stainless-steel and includes a stainless-steel spoon to spoon in my seasonings or spices. (See my picture of the boxed set.) Each grinder is 8” tall and 6 1/2" around which makes it extremely easy to hold onto. The actual area for my salt, pepper, spices, etc. is 1 1/2" deep. It is clear so I can see what I have in the grinder. I could not tell if the clear area is glass or a very hard plastic. The grinder holds 4-AA batteries which are included. I like that I just line of up the arrows and turn the top cover off to insert the batteries, and line up the arrows above the clear area to twist off to add my seasonings or spices. I also like that the area that holds my seasonings and spices is airtight, so they won't get stale in the cylinders. At the bottom of the grinder is a rubber cover so I can keep it covered when not in use. At the top of the grinder is a large push button to activate the grinder. At the bottom of the grinder, under the rubber cover is a small wing nut that I can turn to set how coarse or fine I would like the grind to be, making this an adjustable grinder. I has 6 different settings to choose from. As you can see from my picture, I tested the grinder by using smaller peppercorns and set the grinder to different levels from coarse to fine. My picture shows the ground pepper on a white paper towel. I also tested the other grinder using a coarse sea salt, but I could not get it to show up in a picture, but I set it to a fine setting, and it ground it up effortlessly. This is really a great feature because I can grind things to fit what I am making or serving to the exact way I want it to be. Another nice feature is that the grinder portion is inside the bottom area so there are no sharp blades to worry about. The grinders are not loud but more of a bzzzz sound. This set looks very elegant on my counter and makes me feel like I am a fancy chef when I am cooking, and they look beautiful on my table for everyone to use. The only downside that I could see is that there is no way to remove the clear cylinder portion to wash and the instructions didn't' have anything to say about cleaning. What I will do is wipe the inside out with a wet paper towel or dish rag. Overall, I really like this set. To me it is for novice and professional cooks, a wonderful addition to anyone's kitchen, and because it comes so nicely boxed, it would make a very nice gift to give. I give it 5 stars because it is a quality product and works well.
