I'm a retired nurse if you have neuropathy in your feet tingling and your hands, you are low on vitamin B12. If you take this, it is watered to soluble so you can take as many as you want each day. You will reduce your problems. I take two in the morning to at noon and to a bedtime.

I have been using this particular brand of vitamin B 12 for about the last six years. I love it because it's dissolvable. I take a lot of pills where I have to swallow them so it's nice to have easier ones that just dissolved all the time and the berry flavored is very nice.
