I found that my pms had gotten to a whole other level as I was unable to function like a regular human. I was either completely depressed staring at the ceiling not able to get up or I was a complete raging B word to everyone and it got to the point where I couldn't handle what it was doing to me or those around me. One weekend I started internet searching what the heck is wrong as this has gotten increasingly worse and I am like 99% sure I have pmdd (premenstrual dysphoric disorder ). I wanted relief asap so I looked up hormone balancing products at Walmart as I did not want to wait for shipping as I was hoping for fast relief before work on Monday.
