LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I love this mix. I think the person below didn't follow directions and put the brining salt packet in the mix. I actually don't brine it, so I don't even use the salt packet! I think this is a fantastic mix! I used it for deer meat!

I tried this in both an air fryer and a dutch oven. The texture is absolutely perfect; however, it is disgustingly salty. To the point of being completely unpalatable. I could feel my blood pressure going up 20 points as I tried to power through this meal. Hoping this is "unavailable" as an item because they pulled it to work on the formula. (Hint, just quarter the salt!!!)
