Cute dress / NOT true to size

I typically wear a 2x in US size but this is just too tight all over. I'm disappointed because I like that it's lightweight fabric, a rich black color, has snaps

Happy enough.

It's a cute dress. The fabric does not stretch. I weigh 135 and am 5'4", medium fits a little snuggly! I wish I'd ordered a large. The fasteners on the calluses were on backwards! It took a little time to work them off and put them back in correctly. The straps would have been twisted of not. Too much money to have to work on the product before I can wear it.
