THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, the couch was sent with a gash in the middle base, 56 emails later trying to return this piece with no luck, they ended up sending a cushion that I didn't need so now I have that stuck in a guest room, literally no one to talk to they send emails at the crack of dawn
