Our Raymarine Element 7S chart plotter is worth its weight in gold - I am quoting my wife! In recent months on two occasions we have at night entered ports with which we are not familiar and the chart plotter was a wonderful aid to safe navigation. We did not realise the potential of a chart plotter until we started using it and now wonder if we should have invested a little more to get even more additional features.
