Stay away!

System comes with only a 1-page quick start guide, no instructions whatsoever. The technical support is horrible; you have to wait 30-45 minutes on hold to speak with someone, try to use their broken chat app, or send an email just to wait several days and not get a reply. Do yourself a favor and buy a camera system from a manufacturer that actually cares about their customers AT ALL because Zmodo certainly doesn't.
