BAD UGLY HAT!!!

Item came in poor packaging. Hat was basically folded in 4 ways and forced into a plastic bag. Upon opening, hat will not reform to its original shape. It is impossible to wear. Super super disappointed. Waited 2 weeks just to be disappointed. Returned this hat the next day at a local Walmart. So far, I have no way of tracking the item for a return. Oh well lesson learned. So BEWARE and DON'T BUY!!!!
