Quaity Pump at a Great Price
I purchased these pumps (2) about 9 months ago for me and my son. We have been absolutely pleased with the quality and performance so far with them with no problems at all. We installed them with a float switch, which Iâm not sure if it was necessary to turn on and off It does not require an external control box.

Good pump but...
Would have given this pump 5 stars except for two things. First it does indeed come with a long cord but the cord is a very light gage for the pump. Second it draws more than the listed 10 amps - probably due to the gage on the cord. Other than that it does produce ample flow from a shallow lift. I am running a lot more water to the garden than the old pump did. And I never need to prime this one! I like the pump other than the wiring. I'll probably buy another one of these when the time comes to replace this one. It's a great value for the money!
