I ordered the legal-width, gray, 5-drawer, lateral file cabinet. It is bigger than me. It arrived on a pallet pretty fast. Be sure to specify,— embedded in your shipping address,— that the trucker bring a battery-powered pallet jack. Even though Walmart implies this cabinet is delivered to “a home,” delivery defaults to “a business.” The cabinet arrived on an 18-wheel truck, and the cabinet had to be motorized-pallet-jacked up our long driveway. We lucked out. Thank god the driver had such a machine on this truck! The driver himself was marvelous, a gem! The cabinet we stored in our garage. As elders, we asked strong, muscular male friend to move the cabinet from its temporary spot in the garage to its final spot in my home-office. The cabinet really should be moved by TWO strong guys. The cabinet was brand-new and was well-packed. After unpacking, the entire cabinet was in great shape. The friend and my husband spent roughly an hour leveling the cabinet. I recommend this product. The manufacturer and distributor did well by us. If you have more than twenty feet between the delivery truck and the temporary delivery spot, make sure the trucker has a motorized pallet-jack. If Walmart wants to cater to home-office people (which is the norm these days), they REALLY need offer a pallet-jack option for free or for a nominal fee. The cabinet is beautiful. High-quality. Solid. Heavy but not too heavy. I am sure it will hold up for years. The price is what it is; I consider it an investment. A used cabinet would have been cheaper but we, the buyer, would have had to arrange delivery, and we don't know how to do that. We are quite pleased. We would order again.
