Marmot Precip Baseball Cap Black Adjustable

Bought this to replace a prior version I had for multi-day trek that I knew would be wet and windy. I have a larger head and wasn't 100% happy with the fit of the older one. This fit me much better. I prefer a hat to a hood unless it's really wet and the hat also worked well to shield my face from wind driven rain with the hood up. Well constructed and waterproof, has a comfortable hat band that also wicks moisture. Could be less expensive IMO, but price is acceptable. Recommend

My husband doesn't like ball caps - BUT the fit is so comfortable that he wears this one rain or shine - I bought one for myself as we live in the city and a rain hood on a coat doesn't let you have the peripheral view needed to navigate in traffic :)
