This was a great buy for the money. Was looking to upgrade from my Alienware 15r3, and this turned out to be my best decision. The SteelSeries keyboard is excellent, though not mechanical, it gets the trick done. I really like it that in spite of it being a 15" laptop it has a number pad. I was also impressed at the thermals for the laptop, under pressure the core temperature did not rise too high, though the fans can sometimes get a little loud. But, not something you would notice in most environment. The 1050 Ti works great with most games, was getting a stable frame rate in games like Witcher 3, Fall out 4 and doom at medium to high settings. And the 144Hz panel made it all the better. Also showed great performance when used for higher order computational calculations. All in all an excellent buy if you are an on the go gamer or a student looking for raw power at a great bang for the money. Just wish it also came in an RGB variant
