R&M International Pie Crust Shield Non-Stick. Baking a golden pie crust has never been easier! Non-stick pie crust shield prevents your crust from burning or over browning. Place shield on top of pie before baking and check crust 10 minutes before pie is done. Remove shield if crust needs additional browning and replace shield if crust is brown enough. Shield allows pie to rise in the middle to prevent spillage. Made of heavy-duty nonstick coated metal and fits 9" and 10" pie pans. Dishwasher safe, top rack. Safe for temperatures up to 440° F (226°C).
