Best sleep ever. I feel weightless. I don't have to readjust a million times a night. No pain. I sleep like I am completely unconscious. It either runs very true to size or it runs small. I have gotten mattress toppers in Full Size before, and they worked fine, but I should have gotten a Queen size because the wonderful stirrups that hold it in place are great, but I never had them before, so they require a precise size. I rigged mine with pins to keep the stirups fastened in place, but probably best to be precise with the size.
