I decided to hang my solar wind “chimes” in my Eagle Peak 10' x 10' greenhouse in my backyard. At night they glow in beautiful rainbow colors … as for making any sounds - no they do not chime in any way. The glowing balls are made of a crinkle style soft plastic, so the glow in my greenhouse is soft and soothing. When I have the windows and door open the breeze can make them twirl and wave. I really like these solar wind “chimes” and definitely would purchase them again.
