This gochugaru has great flavor and the perfect level of spice for kimchi, soups, marinades, and other Korean dishes. The flakes have a nice texture and vibrant color, and I appreciate that it's MSG free. Korean Gochugaru chili power ready has a kick to it. If you like hot this is for you. I use to make Kimchi and this is the first time I made it using this brand. It is good, I probably should use less next time. It was hotter than I expected and I can't handle to much heat, but does have a good taste.
