The straps themselves are made from durable abrasion resistant nylon webbing. The heavy duty steel cam-lock and spring provide a strong and secure lock. The soft loop top and rubber coated "S" hook protect your handlebars during transport. The strap dimensions are 69"x1.5" (Length x Width).
