The non-woven fabric will change from yellow to blue when the proper Quat levels are present in the sanitizing bucket and on the towel. These Sertun? towels will turn back to their original color when there is not sufficient sanitizer on the cloth. One dishtowel lasts for about a six to eight hour shift.
