Down to a science!

As someone who has eaten a lot of easy mac varieties in my lifetime, I have to say… Not only are these are these as delicious as the stove top ones, but they consistently come out with the perfect consistency and proportions. Please compliment your Food Scientists!

First white cheddar Mac and Cheese I’ve ever tried, and I was impressed. It is quite pricey, but it mostly makes up for it with the added fiber, protein, and lower fat content. It’s not a health food at all, but it’s a much better option than your standard run of the mill Mac and Cheese. Try making it with blended cottage cheese for a big flavor and protein boost.
