so hard to check out

I really this Item, but it is so hard to check out and personalize this item. I really like this item, but the fact that the heart is a little loose when I got it and I had to put some glue on the back of it and adding the picture was, so hard. any help to do this in a better way so checking out is not so hard would be grate. I had to do chat more then 5 times to figure this out
