Not As Good As Expected

I'm disappointed with my new MasterCool flaring tool. It could not flare a 3/8 steel tube. Also, the tool does not fit properly in the case. One of the die locations is labeled "5/6", which is not a thing in any measurement system. Finally, the case's plastic is paper-thin in places. I'm not aware of any world in which this is considered "quality".
