not quite what I throught

The boots were attractive to my wife but are some what misleading. The water proof part ends where the false leather begins. Not what she was looking for. Also I was very disappointed that I was charged 20.00 for shipping to send them back. The first time I have ever had to pay Walmart to return an item. With the 10's of thousand of dollars I have spent within the retailer through the years, I was greatly surprised and disappointed.
