I ordered two of these shelving units. Shipping was fast and arrived about 5 days earlier than the initial estimate. If you need some utility shelves and they don't have to be pretty or super heavy duty these will work just fine. I was able to put them together by myself. They went together quickly but with some mild frustration. I wound up getting my finger pinched between two pieces and it caused a small blood blister and the instructions warn you to wear gloves, ha ha. Some of the horizontal pieces fit very tightly and had to be pounded into place with my fist. On the uprights there was one piece in each unit that was very difficult to connect and I needed a hammer to get them to come together properly. The instructions also say that you may need a rubber mallet. It's strange that only one piece from each box was like that, it was just way too tight and it will be very difficult to get them apart again. The other three uprights went together easily. I wish they would have included four more of the rubber "feet" so I could break down each unit into two separate smaller units, at a later date, without worrying about gouging into the floor. The particle board was not as thick as I thought it would be. All in all, not the best quality or design and not as sturdy as I hoped for but they will work for my light/medium duty purposes. I need to buy more shelves in the near future and I plan to go with a type that uses nuts and bolts to connect the parts. This boltless design is probably not sturdy enough for what I will need them for and I seriously doubt the weight limit advertised for these shelves. They're not bad but they're not great. You get what you pay for, as they say.
