I just had both knees replaced and have swelling so I purchased these to ice them. These are awesome because they cover the entire area and wrap around the knee area enough to cover. Very comfortable and yet gets the job done. Happy with this product and would recommend them. Can also use them to add heat although I have not used them for that yet.

This is the 4th time i have purchased these ice packs and am up to having 7 now. they are a life savere when you have severe pain 24/7 they are large enouch to help with my back and hip pain plus they work wonderful on bad knees and anywhere you have pain! i use thfm all day long on very bad pain days as its the only thing that helps! They are also soft enough to put on your neck and to lay on one under your head with a towel in between you and the oce pack for bad migraines! can not reccomend these enough! first ones i purchased i have had over a year and are still in like new condition with almost daily use!
