THIS over-the-mocrowave shelf unit came DAMAGED, has BENT %26 crushed metal frame . I NEVER received this order ON THE DATE they showed it would arrive by AND I REPEATEDLY CALLED but was always told by 1-800-WALMART rep's that it was on it's way and they kept saying, " It'll be there TOMORROW"... EVERY DAY that i made multiple calls begging for repa to get supervisors to HELP ME %26 each time I did report it still hasn't arrived and even told them and their supervisors THAT WHEN I TRACK IT THROUGH UPS, it always SHOWS that UPS has NEVER ATTEMPTED TO PICK IT UP from 1 particular warehouse that showed it's just sitting there with ZERO ATTEMPTS MADE!! It NEVER arrived before Christmas in time for me to GIFT IT so I was forced to QUICKLY ORDER ANOTHER from my AMAZON PRIME that Guaranteed it for a rapid delivery. FINALLY, after multiple calls pleading for help one SUPERVISOR told me SHE sees the ZERO ATTEMPTS MADE by UOS to pick it up from that warehouse and so she told me she was REFUNDING ME IN FULL because she said THE PRODUCT WILL NEVER ARRIVE TO ME and it must be returned to the original warehouse so fir me to not expect to receive it but i would receive my refund in several business days ot they could credit it faster to my Walmart Account on a gift card, which they did! However ....TO MY SURPRISE after receiving the refund we DID in fact receive the delivery BUT PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED and i called them multiple times again trying to ket them know that the product did show up and is bent and DAMAGED and box was ripped ipen so we could see the metal frame long bar is crushed, bent. THEY ended up CHARGING MY CARD AGAIN instead of SENDING A LABEL THROUGH UPS TO MY HOME as they promised and it did not come with a RETURN LABEL to know where, who to ship it to. SOOOOO GUESS I'LL BE putting in MY OVERTIME, wasting more energy that i do not have to call the 1-800-walmart rep's back again. SUCKS!!
