Evoluxx Rotator A/T All Terrain 245/70R16 111T XL Light Truck Tire

I purchased two tires from wallmart on-line. I paid for two tires and the cost to mount and balance them. I had an appointment at the local wallmart service center at 2pm april 25th for my tires to be installed. I got an email that my tires didn't get delivered and i was getting a refund for the tire installation fee but still had to pay for the tires....reguardless of where they were or when they would arrive. I tracked their shipment vie the shipper and saw they were delivered to wallmart and were at the store. I contacted wallmart via chat and they said i could pick up my tires. I asked why they couldn't mount them. I was OK with waiting an extra amount of time. I got robot response that my tires were available for pickup even though the walmart employees had not scanned the tires into their system, so it was like the tires were not there. I went to my schedualed appointment for the tires and installation. I showed them the tires that were stacked near the door as the tires I ordered, paid for along with mounting and balancing. They trid to quadruple the price to have them mounted and balanced. They told me my mounting and balancing fee had been refunded to my credit card but could not refund the tires. I rolled the tires out to my truck that was already pulled into the service center for the tires to be installed. They had to back my truck out (you can't drive into the service center) and I loaded the tires into my truck, went 1/2 mile down the road and got them installed at a tire shop. I will never purchase another item at wallmart. Never Ever. Too many other places to purchase from that will not treat you like you are just another anoyance during thier time at work...or should i say during their time getting paid to do as little as possible.
