I have tried several other brands of gluten free muffin mixes and this is far and away THE best for flavor and texture. No graininess with this mix, just follow the instructions, fold in whatever you want to add, rest, scoop and bake. The hardest part is waiting for them to cool down enough to eat!

You'll need to hide them from your pantry!

I have to buy them in bulk ‘cos they quickly disappear from my pantry. I've suspected a black hole somewhere nearby… until I spotted my BFF sneaking in the kitchen. With its super easy recipe (add one spoon of water) and its size, it's a perfect option for an afternoon snack with a French Vanilla (and yes, you may be brainstorming how to make the Planet a better place to live savouring it). Love the package as well. You can grab it, place it in your purse and attend your grand child last violin show without worrying about your diet.
