Good for hydration
I am terrible about drinking water. This has been a game changer because the water now has flavor and doesn't taste like just water. I've gone from drinking about 8 oz of water a day to over 90 oz of water a day thanks to this gadget! Love it so much I got one for my husband. Wish they had more flavors in store, but the company's website has additional flavors you can order. Can't recommend this enough. Hopefully they'll come out with insulated ones at some point since warm weather is around the bend.

Everyone should have a Cirkul!!
To be honest, I was really sick of all the ads on Facebook. I couldn't afford the fees at Cirkul.com and had to cancel my subscription. Walmart started offering them at a significantly lower price, and so I'm drinking water again instead of just soda. My go to flavors are peach tea, honey crisp apple (the BEST!!), and fruit punch. You can get some with electrolytes. My daughter remarks about how dehydrated I am all the time.
